"We had a problem with our hitch and could not tow our trailer. We arrived hitch in hand late afternoon Friday. They didn’t have a replacement for us and service appointments were booked for 2 weeks but Tabitha said leave it and I will see what I can do. Within an hour of leaving we received a phone call that hitch had been repaired. They went over and above to get us on the road. Old fashioned customer service. I would not only recommend Combs but in addition it’s the only place in Puget Sound we will have our RV taken care of. The combination of customer service and product knowledge is outstanding!"
